My friend Alyssa published this photo series last week and it reminded me my own wish to show you more PDX murals in look articles. So I guess a city exploration/photoshoot is on the program for me.

My talented friend Kayleigh published this recipe a couple days a go and I adapted it for a friend's birthday last week. It was not as photogenic, but I was still proud of my accomplishment.

My work day looks nothing like the healthiest day ever but I will surely try and get some inspiration from it, especially the getting up and stretching part of it.
