How's everyone doing today?
My arms are sore from painting the studio. One more coat to paint and I'll be done!
I cannot wait to show you my studio. I'm actually considering doing a before/after post. I love these so much!
My Day 2 Outfit
My second outfit is not gonna be of much interest for those of you who are looking for shopping recommendations, since my pieces are either old or vintage. But, I did add some exciting accessories. So stick around!

Style Notes
I don't know why I don't wear that dress more often. I love its fit, I love its texture, and don't get me started on the 3/4 arms! Plus I got it at a shop I love in Portland! I don't really like to shop in vintage stores (too overwhelming) so I prefer to go to smaller shops that only have one rack of vintage finds.
I only regret styling it with these shoes. It surely deserves heels. But let's be honest. If I'm gonna wear shoes inside (instead of slippers), sneakers are my go-to.
You might not see it on the pictures, but my sneakers are blush. Actually, when I got them 5 years ago, one shoe was lighter than the other (I suspect one was used in the display window). I decided to keep them anyways and embraced their difference by lacing them with 2 different styles (bar and cross).
I usually only wear statement earrings when I'm not wearing my glasses, so today was the perfect day to wear those beautiful hoops Octave got me for Christmas (he totally spoiled me this year!).
And this bracelet is pretty special. I got it in my Causebox, which is a seasonal delivery of hand-curated products that make the world better.
This circle hair clip has been nothing but a huge disappointment. It just won't stay put! I tried making it adhere better by adding silicone in the back (I got this idea while re-sealing our bathtub). Huge fail! Now I just add hair pins underneath to keep it from sliding down.
Do you shop and wear vintage? What's your secret to find a gem? Do you usually go with something specific in mind or just get inspired as you go?
