Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend?

A neighbor mentioned a ski hut that I'm dying to go check out. A snowshoeing trip is on the horizon!

Here are a couple links to things that have caught my attention or kept me busy this week:

  • My friend Jessica makes the most beautiful citrus eucalyptus wreaths. Get yours if you're in Portland.

  • You might know about my obsession with interior design books and The little book of living small really checked all the items of my list.

  • In case you missed it, here's my Small and Meaningful 2020 Holiday Gift Guide.

  • My friend Julie recommended the How to Save a Planet podcast and I really enjoy the conversations between journalist Alex Blumberg and scientist and policy nerd Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson. The episode about electric cars was quite surprising to me!

  • I thrifted another quilt and might use this sewing pattern this time to make it into another quilted jacket.

  • Is it still time for me to get into sourdough baking again or is it too "beginning of the pandemic"? I'm obsessed with Linda Ring's bread art.

  • My favorite online thrift stores.

  • I started watching My Octopus Teacher without high expectations but was really touched by the story. And now we started watching the Earth at Night and Tiny World series. Animals are so fascinating!

  • Our neighbor brought us Matzo Brittle and it's so freaking good. I have to ask for her recipe.

  • I've received my 2021 Year Task Planner, so many possibilities!
